Greetings people, Would like to hear from all 12 of you. Does this group meet? Is it just online?  I would like to run storytelling sessions for the writers group if someone wants to organise the space. Look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Dominique....thanks for the linkage!!! It's going very well (well I am a writer!), so it's water off a duck's back (as they would say!). I am too running a number of workshops next year!!! Great minds think alike!

I agree Alexandra! I do workshops with children young people and adults exploring and enabling them to use writing as a way to release and to develop self....though I do agree that they should start young, it can begin at any age!!!

I have written diary since the age of 11. If I placed all my journals on a shelf it'd be a metre and a half of space they would take up. I believe very much that writing is a therapeutic ,healing way to deal with every day stresses or whotever your problem might be. Childen should be aware of this and writing is good for the rest of their studies! But they have to start early.

Chantelle, there is also,, Lightening (I think that's called!) as well as YouPublish, to name a few. I think that Lulu enables you to purchase one-by-one i.e. not through a package, where as with the others you may have to purchase a package. Really it's doww to what you find flexible and afforable...

Hello All,

I have just finished writing my 1st childrens book of a series that I intend to make ongoing. I was wondering what publishing options there are I know of Trafford Publishing that is really for independant writers to ensure that everyone can write a book, but are there any other avenues i should consider taking?
